Here's an attention grabbing company called I'LL FCUKING HOST IT.com. You can get 50Mb of space, 100Mb of transfers per month and a kick-ass domain name. As might be expected from such foul-mouthed youths, you get more space and more bandwidth if you send them a fan-pic of your girlfriend's b00bies. Don't use your space for war3z or pr0n though - they'll publically humiliate you.
I wonder if they kiss their mothers' with those filthy mouths?

Fagan Finder
Fagan Finder is a fantastic all-in-one search resource but best of all for me is the translation section which not only can sense what language a web page or section of text is in but will then redirect you through to one of the myriad of different translation tools automatically. All in all a very nice tool. One to bookmark.

Winamp 5 alpha leaked onto net
There's been a long debate as to whether Winamp 3 was better than Winamp 2 or not (personally I use 3 now but I'm too lazy to go back to 2) but now the first alpha of the latest version has been leaked onto the net and although the people at Nullsoft are not happy at all about it, the first indications are very good for it.

When release dates go wrong.
Although it was scheduled for release on Tuesday, August 26th, I was really pleased to see the Lord Of The Rings Two Towers DVD available in shops as early as last friday. My local HMV told me they had a special deal with the distributors, but it now seems that was a bare faced lie. Tsk tsk!

Johnny Cash is up for 6 MTV video awards for a video that has probably only been shown 6 times on the music station. If you haven't seen his cover version of Nine Inch Nail's 'Hurt' than check it out now. In fact, just go buy the album and hear his magnificent versions of Depeche Mode's 'Personal Jesus' and even Sting's 'I Hung My Head' - both superb. (although I will admit 'Danny Boy' and 'We'll meet again' are both flawed)

This is an ace idea - Mailinator. Mailinator is a service that gives you instant access email accounts. You're at a party and want to give someone your email address but you think they might be a bunnyboiler so you don't want to give them you're real email address but you still want to get their mail? Simply make up a whatever@mailinator.com address and it exists. Simple.
It also works well when you needa mail address in a hurry but don't want to give your real one or get the spam - just use Mailinator.
