Ferret Turds
Erm. Not sure what to say about
this link. It's a site where you can buy jewellery and keyrings made out of... ferret turds.
Yup, that's right, rodent droppings. (thanks Chris - I think!)
ConsumerReports.org - Vintage Photo Gallery
There are loads of strangely surreal & fascinating photos on the
Consumer Reports Vintage Photo Gallery. It's like the American version of the 'Which' reports or 'Good Housekeeping'.

Lost Consonants
Graham Rawle does a series of cartoon/photomantages that will be familiar to readers of The Guardian - b3ta.com managed to do a very
funny interview with him. Read it, you'll laugh.
Quote of the year?
"They got cars. They got booze. They got women. And a little dope. Why the hell should they go up there and climb that damned thing?"
"That's hard work!"
Catch Jacko's baby
I'm surprised that it this long for someone to make a
game in which the aim is to catch the babies being dropped from the balcony.

Where the hell is Honduras anyway?
Honduras' lawmakers have decided that the best way to tackle increasing levels of violence in their country is to
ban violent video games - mind you, they'll probably claim a 100% success rate seeing as no-one is playing those decade-old games these days anyway.
Customers who shopped for this item also shopped for these items:
Not sure how long
this Amazon link will stay so
here's a screenshot if it does disappear. Wonder if it's a hardback or maybe it's a pop-up book? (sorry for the abysmal puns but it is late!)
Where has the beardy man gone?
Remember the weird image the other day - the one that went on forever? Well, there's a
new, improved one - now with added less-hair!
Earth As Art
Hope you've all got nice high quality colour printers at work to print out some of these
satellite images. Very nice indeed - you can even d/load a huge 22Mb version of most of them.
Harry Potter review
This review of
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is highly amusing, for an American that is.
Record companies finally getting wise
The record companies are finally
getting wise to the p2p networks and have started 'seeding' the web with fake tracks to download. Maybe just 30 secs of Robbie Wiiliams isn't that bad an idea though.

Barbie pr0n
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. You'd never guess that
this Barbie animation was done by a French guy, would you? The music is awful but despite that it's actually pretty funny.
Bonzi finally get sued
If you recognise any of
these banners (& if you don't then I guess this is your first ever visit to the interweb), then you might be interested in the fact that someone has started a
class action against them. Might be an interesting case to follow.
Sacramento Airport Booty
My hero, Rob from cockeyed.com, has discovered what happends to all the
confiscated goods that his local airport has collected after the crackdown on airport security.
UFOs In European Art
More UFO stuff for today (hey, just because I'm a cynic doesn't mean I'm not interested in it). Here's a site of
UFOs In European Art - mostly medieval stuff and again quite spooky.
Ivana Mandic
Here's a
comedy name that Bart Simpson hasn't rung yet. I know it's immature but what do you expect with a name like that!
UFO sighting in the UK
Personally, I don't believe in UFOs and aliens, mostly due to my cynical nature, but
The Smoking Gun have a copy of a report from the US Air Force that was sent to RAF in 1980. (cue spooky x-files music here)
Sorry
No posts yesterday - not my fault, but Blogger.com was down for repair so they weren't allowing anyone to post. Hopefully everything is back to normal today.
Cyber baby
Cool story about a woman starting
her car with her baby!

TotalFark
As most of you are aware, I love farking. If you want to see how many links are submitted to fark in one day here's
24hours worth of fark. That's a lot of links. They only post about 50 link on the main site every day but by paying $50 a year, you can get access to TotalFark which is where the sample here is from. That's a whole lot of b00bies!
Dodgy sites
Once again, I have a dilemma. Luckily I'm so morally bankrupt that it soon passes. So here's a good site called
AstaForum which is a good place to get useful software, & what attracted me, lots of e-books for free. Whilst I'm on the subject,
here's another useful site of the same type.
(caution - I wouldn't recommend accepting the pop-up d/load on the first site despite getting very annoyed with the amount of times it occurs - I would just put up with it)
End Online Petitions Petition
Farker fb- (of '...is the father' fame, injoke fans) has created the last
online petition that you'll ever need to sign.
We Didn't Start The Fire
Billy Joel isn't very good IMHO but he did do at least one ok song -
We Didn't Start The Fire. This video for it is quite good as itstands but the best bits are the comments all the way through - they're actually quite funny.
Cinemorgue
I'm sure there's a name for a fetish like this?
Cinemorgue is a website that lists actresses and which movies they have had death scenes in. It's a lot nicer than it sounds but still a bit creepy.
Upping my Geek status!
I know this is really sad but I needed cheering up and I needed to upgrade my computer so I combined them and have ordered
this case to build a new computer inside. I've ordered it from
CoolCaseMods.com in Scotland who seem really friendly so far. Just to go even more silly - the case has a blue cathode tube inside, a green fan at the front & a red fan at the back all shining through the window on the side. A picture will follow as soon as I set it all up (in about 2 wks)
Other good sites to try are
chillblast,
overclocker (UK) and
the OverClocking Store.
Artist destroys own work
David Mach is a Turner prize nominated artist who makes some interesting artwork. His
website has some cool pieces on it including the matchhead sculptures which he has been known to burn (look for the video on his site).
