casey's magical beard adventure
I thought of doing something similar to this once but lethargy got the better of me. Interesting to see what a difference a variety of beards makes on how you look.
Can't afford a Segway?
Not enough of an uber-nerd to join the queue for a segway? How about getting a Thunderstool instead - it's an electric motorized barstool especially designed for barstool racing.
Save Furtive
This week's low-budget game from b3ta has all the usual penguins, kittens & polar bears. Refreshingly unusual.
..::: House Gymnastics :::..
At first I thought the House Gymnastics site was nothing new but the more I looked at it, the more I got dragged in to it. At this rate, I'll be found in a heap at the bottom of a toilet cubicle at work after attempting the xXx challenge.
Bill Gates can't tell the time
Look at this article then click on the picture for the large version - look at his watch - maybe he never looks at it as he probably has people to read his watch for him. Funny.
CD Zapping
What do you do with your old cds? I just sling them but some people go even further. Mike puts his in the microwave for 5 seconds on full and the puts them on a Tesla coil.
Freak.
Sauna-Saab
Take one SAAB 900 and the urge to have a Sauna and you have a SAUNAAB which just goes to show that our nordic cousins are even more insane than I previously realised.
Epitonic
Epitonic is a good source for more-off-beat music. If you're bored of listening to the same old stuff from the charts then you should definitely give it a try. Lots of free mp3s to download and a brilliant radio station where you can select the style of music & it'll stream you 20 tracks at a time from those styles. It's a cool way of hearing bands that you wouldn't otherwise have known about.

Prime search report
Just been doing some behind scenes stuff on the site - I thought you might be interested in what people who visit the site search for. The most recent searches have been;
boot screen, doom 3, terminator 3, mittens, mormon underwear, tourette, weld, nigerian lovecraft
and my favourite two; "boobies" and "cowbell"
Which just shows the variety of weirdness that I manage to bring you day-after-day.
If you need to search for something I've posted in the past, it's in the right hand bar, just scroll down a bit and look there ------->>>>
Dogs in Elk
I cannot start to give justice to this thread from what I believe is a gardening website. Read it. Preferably without any food or drink in your mouth as I won't be responsible for cleaning your monitor afterwards. (Thanks Sarah - how the hell did you find that one?)
Nonce or Baby Sitter.
Ever topical, b3ta have devised another quiz, this time entitled, Nonce or Baby Sitter. I only scored 8 out of 10 but that should make me safe to be out on the streets.
Fatal Facts Accident Reports
The American Dept of Labor (their spelling, not mine) has some pages set up to show examples of fatalities caused by improper work pratices. What makes it really special are the illustrations for each accident. And why is there no number 63 or 65 - I smell a conspiracy.
Naked Font
Want to see nude people spell out your name? Go here & type something in the box. The letter "E" scares me - don't know why? (SFW)
Metallica Sue Metallica
Now that they've run out of other people to sue, Metallica are suing Metallica. Most bands do it for the fans, Metallica seem to be intent on doing it to the fans.

Pete Townsend
I'm gonna stay very non-commital on this one since I've heard bits of what Pete Townsend has to say & it sounds reasonable to me but then again it could just be a cover. Here's an article he wrote about child porn a year ago which does seem to back his case up. Interesting reading but since it's such a sensitive subject, I'll gonna stay on the fence until I know more.
McLaren F1 for sale
Nicest car ever - McLaren F1 comes complete with a 100Gb Mp3 player just so Jeremy Clarkson can load it up with all his Bruce Springsteen mpegs.
Lazy Accessory for your pc Fantastic. Ever been on a major coding session & had your lighter run out? You need a 12v Cigarette Lighter Adapter Kit for your 'pooter.
What kinda Punk are you?
Haven't posted any "what kind of ...are you" tests for ages so here's a What kind of Punk are you test. I was a Beer Punk - not really me.
Bee Gees Tribute
Apparantly, in memory of their recently departed sibling, the remaining Bee
Gee's are reworking an old hit in tribute - it will, however, be re-named
"How Deep Is Your Bruv".
Sorry.
If Adverts were honest...
One of the best photoshop challenges that I've seen in a while, courtesy of b3ta, - 'If adverts were honest' was the challenge and the B3ta-boarders have done themselves proud. Just looking at the entries will eat up a whole lunchbreak though & not all of them are SFW.

Back Again
Sorry for the lack of posts - I've been in Northern Ireland again - for an amazing wedding this time.
Posts will continue in a few hours from now...
